UCI Maintenance Building

The photos below show the construction of the new maintenance building for the Verano Housing (one of the many student complexes at UCI).

We demolished an existing slab, excavated, graded and poured a new slab, including footings, for the building and restrooms, connecting building walkways, ramps, turnouts and other walkways.

This was basically a complete construction from the ground up which also involved electrical work including new service, fire sprinklers including new service, mechanical, plumbing, partition walls and perimeter interior wall, metal building, cabinets, flooring, etc.
